Following the grand success of the inaugural event in 2024, this year’s competition marked a new milestone by inviting employees’ family members to officially participate, creating a cross-generational sports stage and showcasing the company’s people-oriented culture.

The highlight of this year’s event was the inclusion of families in badminton and basketball games. In badminton, a Parent-Child Doubles category was introduced, with innovative rules that did not restrict participants to immediate family members. As long as each team consisted of one adult and one child under junior high school, they could compete. The result was heartwarming pairings such as “an employee with a colleague’s child” and “a family member teaming up with a coworker’s child,” fostering collaboration and joy across households. The sight of children swinging their rackets and running across the court drew waves of cheers and laughter, creating a heartwarming atmosphere.Basketball matches also welcomed family members from high school age and above. The rare sight of a “father-and-son duo” playing together added a special touch, with enthusiastic cheering filling the gym and many employees exclaiming, “This is what a real Family Day looks like!”
